My counseling and psychotherapy practice has grown from the roots of a 34- year career in public education. My experiences include 24 years in the classroom as a Spanish teacher (K-12), and a decade working as a high school Counselor. I also have 15 years of experience in coaching sports.
I have counseled diverse populations and cultures, and have extensive knowledge and practice in working with students who receive special education services.
In addition, I have personal insight into the unique demands of military families as the mother of both an active duty soldier and a combat veteran.
